What is Nutrealis’ brand philosophy?

Nutrealis is built on a simple philosophy: supplements should be honest, transparent, and clinically effective. That means using real clinical doses, clearly listing every ingredient without proprietary blends, and testing every batch through Eurofins for quality and accuracy. From active ingredients to fillers and capsule shells, every part of the product is chosen with the same level of scrutiny — because what’s on the label should be exactly what’s inside.

Are Nutrealis supplements vegetarian?

Yes. All our products are 100% vegetarian and come in plant-based veg capsules. No gelatin, no animal-derived ingredients.

Are your products FSSAI approved?

Yes. All Nutrealis products are manufactured in FSSAI-licensed facilities and comply with Indian food safety regulations. Our FSSAI license number is displayed on every product label.

Are Nutrealis products tested by an independent third-party lab?

Yes. Every batch is tested by Eurofins — one of the world’s most trusted names in food and nutraceutical testing. We don’t rely solely on internal testing because true transparency requires independent verification. The reports confirm that the ingredients and dosages match exactly what’s printed on the label.

Can customers view lab reports or Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?

Yes. Sample COAs are available on our Quality & Testing page. Customers can also request the report for their specific batch by emailing us with the batch number printed on their pack.

Do your supplements contain artificial colors, preservatives, or fillers?

No. We follow a clean-label philosophy — what's on the label is what's in the bottle. No artificial colors, unnecessary fillers, or misleading ingredients.

Are your products tested for quality and purity?

Yes. Every batch undergoes quality, safety, and purity testing aligned with industry standards before it reaches you.

Why do you use pouches for some products and bottles for others?

We choose packaging based on what's best for each product — not what's easiest to market.

Pouches are used for our capsule-based supplements (Liver Detox, Magnesium Sleep, Magnesium Digestion, Triple Magnesium Recovery). Pouches use significantly less plastic than traditional supplement bottles, are lighter to ship, easier to carry, and 100% recyclable. For dry capsules, pouches offer the same protection as bottles with far less waste.

Bottles are used for our Omega supplements. Omega-3 oils are sensitive to heat, light, and oxygen. Glass and rigid bottles provide superior protection against temperature changes and oxidation, which keeps the omega-3 fatty acids stable and effective from manufacture to last capsule. For oil-based supplements, the right packaging protects the product — and using anything less would compromise potency.

Same philosophy, different formats. We use pouches where they work and bottles where they're necessary. That's how procurement-led brands operate.

Usage & Results

When will I see results?

Supplements work gradually. Most people notice initial benefits within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use, with fuller results after 6–8 weeks. Individual response varies based on diet, lifestyle, and overall health.

What's the recommended dosage?

Dosage is listed on each product label. We recommend following the stated serving size unless advised otherwise by your healthcare provider.

Can I take multiple Nutrealis supplements together?

Most of our products are designed to be complementary, but we recommend consulting a doctor or nutritionist if you're combining multiple supplements or already taking medication.

Are there any side effects?

Our formulations use ingredients with established safety profiles. However, individual sensitivities vary. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take prescription medication, consult your doctor before use.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location in India.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping across India.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order directly on our website.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos.

How do I request a refund?

Email support@nutrealiswellness.com with your order number and reason. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
